We also have had money stolen by 123-reg.

They attahced someone elses credit card to my 123-reg account without permission and then started to charge for unwanted renewals without permission against a credit card in someone elses name that they don't have authority to use.

I rung them and was told it was company policy to commit this fraud, I asked to speak with a supuervisour or line manager and they they refused, and when I said I would complain to Nominet and report the fraud all they said was 'Go on then!'.

123-reg are blatant criminals that Nominet and the WWW governing bodies are allowing to continue to commit this fraud against peoples accounts.

It MUST be stopped!
